Welcome to Sabrina Narcisse Consulting (“SNC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including the SNC S.O.S. Framework™ platform, and any associated services, deliverables, or consultation forms (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website or engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Scope of Services & Federal Contracting Status
Sabrina Narcisse Consulting provides custom-designed organizational architecture, workforce optimization, and administrative systems for small teams.
Contracting Capacity: SNC operates as a commercial service provider, subcontractor, and teaming partner for prime contractors executing federally funded initiatives.
No Guarantee of Funding: While our framework is optimized to help organizations align with federal funding guidelines and operational resilience metrics, SNC does not guarantee the receipt, approval, or maintenance of any federal grants, contracts, or funding awards.
2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Framework
The SNC S.O.S. Framework™ (including all methodologies, workflows, text, structural designs, and administrative architectures displayed on this site or delivered during consultation) is the sole proprietary property of Sabrina Narcisse Consulting.
Trademark Pending: Trademark applications for the SNC S.O.S. Framework™ are currently pending.
Usage Restrictions: Clients and visitors may be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review our framework for evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our framework or methodologies without explicit, written authorization from SNC.
3. Client Engagement & "Fit Check" Consultations
Consultation Terms: Requesting a 15-Minute "Fit Check" or submitting a Client Service Review Form does not establish a formal subcontractor or consulting agreement.
Formal Engagement: A formal business relationship is only established once a separate, specific Statement of Work (SOW), Subcontracting Agreement, or Professional Services Agreement is fully executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
4. Federal Compliance & Technical Data
As a SAM.gov registered entity, SNC aligns its operational standards with federal data integrity expectations.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out service forms or providing operational data for structural refits.
Data Rights: Any proprietary technical data or organizational layouts provided by SNC during a subcontracting pursuit remain subject to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) restrictions regarding limited rights data, unless explicitly negotiated otherwise in a formal contract.
5. Load of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sabrina Narcisse Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or performance failures arising out of your reliance on our organizational frameworks or structural refits.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website or Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
