Questions & Answers
The Refit & the SNC S.O.S. Framework™
What exactly is an SNC Refit?
A Refit is a design-and-build engagement. SNC audits your organization, designs the systems it needs, and installs them — the administrative infrastructure, people systems, and strategic architecture that let your team run reliably. The result is a stabilized organizational container built to function smoothly whether leadership is at the desk or out of the office.
What is the SNC S.O.S. Framework™?
The SNC S.O.S. Framework™ is the structural blueprint behind every Refit. It is the proprietary architecture that organizes the build across three domains — Structure, Operations, and Strategy — and replaces fragile, personality-dependent habits with a high-integrity system engineered to handle growth and transition.
What are the three domains covered in a build?
SNC builds custom architecture across three interconnected domains:
Structure — Administrative Infrastructure. The workflows, document systems, SOPs, compliance framework, and operational calendar that let your organization run consistently, without depending on any one person's institutional knowledge.
Operations — People Systems. The HR infrastructure that defines roles, establishes accountability, and gives your organization the foundation to hire, onboard, and manage people with confidence.
Strategy — Decision Clarity. The authority matrix, strategic priority map, meeting rhythm, and decision log that let leadership act with clarity and execute without bottleneck.
What are the differences between Signal, Anchor, and Shore?
These are the packaged Refit options, scaled to how many domains your organization needs built:
Signal — one domain. The first stabilizing build, focused on the single domain causing the most operational strain.
Anchor — two domains. A deeper structural build that secures two domains together, fortifying workflows and stabilizing daily operations.
Shore — all three domains. The most comprehensive build, delivering complete, installed, documented infrastructure across Structure, Operations, and Strategy. The point at which your organization arrives fully formed and equipped to operate independently.
The discovery session determines which option fits and in what sequence the domains are built.
Process & Getting Started
How do we get started?
Every engagement begins with a free 15-minute scoping call — a quick fit check to look at your current container, talk through where the stress points are, and determine whether an SNC build matches what your organization needs right now. Once fit is confirmed, the next steps follow in order:
Discovery session. A paid, structured 60-minute organizational assessment that produces a clear picture of where you stand across all three domains, identifies your highest-priority gaps, and delivers a recommended scope of work. The discovery fee is credited toward your engagement if you move forward with a signed scope within 30 days.
Scope of work. A custom scope built from what discovery surfaces, specifying the domains included, the deliverables, the timeline, and the investment. Signed alongside a Master Services Agreement before any build begins.
The build. SNC performs the work under senior oversight and quality control while your team stays focused on mission.
Handoff. A live walk-through of everything built, complete documentation delivered, and full ownership transferred to your organization.
Following close-out, ongoing guidance sessions are available as needed, booked directly, with no retainer required.
What does the assessment phase look like?
Once an engagement begins, SNC commences with an intensive organizational audit. We isolate stress points and map the operational vulnerabilities across your current setup. That diagnostic data becomes the blueprint for the custom architecture we design and install for your team.
Is this a coaching program or ongoing consulting?
This is an infrastructure build. SNC engineers and installs the architecture itself, then provides the documentation and walk-through your leadership needs to manage the new systems seamlessly. SNC acts as a structural builder for your operational container. Following close-out, ongoing guidance sessions are available as needed, with no retainer required.
